Book a PACKAGE

Do I need prior experience to join your sessions?

No experience is required. Every session is tailored to your level, physical condition and goals, whether it's your first workout or advanced training. Each program is custom-designed to ensure safety, steady progress and fast results.

Can I cancel a booked session?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Late cancellations are counted or charged according to the Terms & Conditions, in order to maintain service quality and studio availability.

How long is a session?

Sessions generally last 1 hour, including warm-up, personalised training, mobility work and cool-down. Longer or more intensive sessions can be arranged on request (performance prep, accelerated transformation, etc.).

Do you offer at-home training?

Yes. At-home or outdoor sessions are available depending on your schedule. Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

Do you offer private sessions and personal training?

Yes. All sessions are private, one-on-one, and delivered exclusively by Louis Fabre to guarantee the highest level of personalisation and coaching quality.

Do I need to bring any special equipment?

No equipment is required.However, clean indoor-only sports shoes are mandatory. This ensures optimal hygiene and protects the studio’s high-end equipment.

Should I eat before the session?

A light meal 1 to 2 hours before the session is recommended to optimise your energy and performance. More specific nutrition advice can be provided based on your goals.

What hygiene measures are in place for users?

The studio applies strict hygiene protocols:
- equipment sanitised after each use,
- daily cleaning of floors and surfaces,
- fully private environment (one client per slot),
- towels and antibacterial gel provided.
Cleanliness and safety are top priorities.

How do you monitor my progress?

Your progress is monitored through:an initial full assessment, continuous adjustments to your program, monthly performance reviews, mobility, posture and functional strength tests,before/after photos (only with your consent). Every step is designed to maximise your results.

Do you provide personalized training programs to follow at home?

Yes. Tailor-made programs can be created for training at home, in hotels, while travelling or to complement your studio sessions.

Is it possible to contact you by phone for advice outside of sessions?

Yes. Premium availability is offered for all questions related to training, nutrition or recovery.

Will I experience soreness after the sessions?

You may experience some soreness, especially at the beginning or during progression. This is normal and reflects your body's adaptation.

How early should I arrive before a session?

It is recommended to arrive 5 minutes before your session to prepare and warm up.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Most clients see visible results within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on frequency, intensity and lifestyle. Deeper transformations usually appear within 3 to 6 months.

Do you offer personalized dietary plans?

Yes. Custom nutrition plans can be created based on your goals (muscle gain, fat loss, toning, energy, health).

What equipment is available in your training facility?

The studio is fully equipped with premium, high-end material:

Yes, there is a variety of energy bars available, as well as fresh fruits like bananas, lemons, and apples.

Can I purchase protein drinks or weight loss shakes from you?

Yes, a range of protein drinks and weight loss shakes are available for purchase.

Do you offer detox juices?

Yes, there is a selection of homemade detox juices available to complement your wellness program.

Does your facility have a bathroom?

Yes, the facility includes a fully equipped bathroom with luxury products such as Dyson, Shu Uemura, Kérastase, Aesop, Jo Malone, and Hermès.

Do you use body analysis or performance tracking?

Yes. We use advanced body composition analysis and performance assessment tools to track your evolution with great precision. Is the studio private?
