1. Purpose and Acceptance of General Terms
‍The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) is to define the terms of access and use of the services offered by Louis Fabre Coaching (hereinafter “the Provider”).Any booking, use of the website, or participation in a session implies the client's full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Nature of Services
‍Louis Fabre Coaching provides high-end services in sports coaching, physical preparation, wellness, personalized support, and bespoke programs.The characteristics, content, and rates of the services are freely accessible on the website and may be adjusted at any time by the Provider, without prior notice.

3. Bookings – Procedures and Validity
‍Bookings must be made exclusively via the tools provided or by any means officially accepted by the Provider.Packages have a fixed validity period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.Any session not used within this period is permanently forfeited, with no possibility of deferral or refund.

4. Cancellations and Session Modifications
‍Any cancellation must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session.Failing this, the session will be due in full and automatically deducted from the package.Paid sessions are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the Provider.

5. Health – Mandatory Prior Information
‍Before any service, the client agrees to communicate accurately, completely, and truthfully any relevant information regarding their state of health, medical history, current treatments, or any condition that may influence physical activity.The Provider cannot be held liable for any incident resulting from an omission, negligence, or inaccurate declaration by the client.

6. Provider Liability
‍The Provider implements all reasonable measures to ensure safety, professional supervision, and the smooth running of the services.However, the Provider cannot be held liable for:Injuries or damage resulting from improper use of the facilities,Failure to respect the instructions given,The occurrence of an accident attributable to the client,Personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.The Provider may only be held liable in the event of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Hygiene, Attire, and Equipment Use
‍The client agrees to arrive:In clean and appropriate sportswear,With shoes exclusively dedicated to indoor use,In a state of hygiene compatible with a premium environment.The high-end equipment provided must be used in accordance with the Provider’s instructions.Any damage caused by non-compliant use may result in the client being billed in full for repair or replacement costs.

‍8. Intellectual Property and Content Protection
‍All content, programs, methods, documents, videos, texts, and materials created by Louis Fabre Coaching constitute a work protected by the Intellectual Property Code.Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial exploitation, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Amendments to General Terms
‍The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.Modified versions enter into force as soon as they are published online and are immediately binding on clients.

10. Payment Conditions
‍Services must be paid for in full prior to the start of the coaching program or any session.In the event of payment default, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service without compensation to the client.Late payment penalties may be applied in accordance with the law.

11. Lateness and Punctuality
‍Every session begins at the scheduled time.Any client delay exceeding fifteen (15) minutes grants the Provider the right to:Reduce the actual duration of the session, orCancel the session, which remains payable in full.

12. Repeated Absences
‍In the event of late cancellations or repeated absences (three occurrences or more over a two-month period), the Provider reserves the right to:Temporarily or permanently suspend the client’s bookings,Terminate the current package, without refund.

13. Client Behavior and Obligations
‍The client agrees to adopt respectful behavior towards the Provider, the premises, and the equipment.Any inappropriate, disrespectful, dangerous behavior, or behavior contrary to basic rules of etiquette may result in:The immediate cessation of services,The termination of the package,Without any refund or compensation being claimable.

14. Termination by the Provider
‍The Provider may terminate any coaching relationship in the event of:Non-compliance with the GTC,Payment default,Serious damage to equipment,Inappropriate behavior or behavior incompatible with the studio's operations,Endangering the client or others.This termination does not give rise to any compensation.

‍15. Force Majeure
‍In the event of an unforeseeable event beyond the Provider's control (pandemic, administrative decision, enforced closure, major weather conditions, inability to access premises, etc.), services may be suspended, postponed, or adapted.No refund may be claimed on these grounds.

16. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
‍The data collected by Louis Fabre Coaching is strictly necessary for the management and proper execution of services.It is processed confidentially and securely.In accordance with the GDPR, the client has a right of access, rectification, objection, and deletion of their data, upon simple written request.

17. Confidentiality
‍All information exchanged between the Provider and the client, including personal data, goals, progress tracking, programs, and developments, is strictly confidential.The client also agrees to respect the confidentiality of the methods and content provided.

18. Use of Images, Videos, and Testimonials
‍No image, video, or personal statement of the client may be used for communication or promotional purposes without prior, explicit, written agreement.Louis Fabre Coaching guarantees absolute respect for the privacy and image of its clients.

19. Place of Performance
‍Services are primarily performed within the Louis Fabre Coaching private studio.Any session held outdoors or at a home address may incur additional fees, specified to the client in advance.
‍
20. Non-Transferability of Packages and Sessions
‍Packages, credits, and services are strictly personal.They may not be subject to any assignment, transfer, resale, sharing, or refund.
‍
21. Entire Agreement and Enforceability
‍These GTC constitute the entire agreement between the parties.The potential invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
