Do you need experience to get started?

No prior experience is necessary. Each session is tailored to your level, physical condition, and goals, whether it's your very first workout or an advanced program. Each program is custom-designed to ensure your safety, steady progress, and fast results.

Can I cancel a booked session?

Yes, cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. After this time, the session will be charged or invoiced in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in order to guarantee the quality of service and availability of the studio.

How long does a session last?

Sessions generally last 1 hour, including warm-up, personalized training, mobility work, and recovery. Longer or more intensive sessions can be arranged on request (sports preparation, accelerated transformation, etc.).

Do you offer at-home training?

Yes. All sessions are private, individual, and conducted exclusively by Louis Fabre to ensure the highest level of personalization and coaching quality.

Do I need to bring any special equipment?

No equipment is necessary. However, clean indoor sports shoes are mandatory in order to maintain hygiene and protect the studio's high-end equipment.

Should I eat before the session?

A light meal 1 to 2 hours before the session is recommended to optimize your energy and performance. More specific nutritional advice can be provided depending on your goals.

What hygiene measures are in place?

The studio follows strict hygiene protocols:
- equipment disinfected after each use
- daily cleaning of floors and surfaces
- completely private environment (one client per time slot)
- towels and antibacterial gel provided.

How do you track my progress?

Your progress is tracked through a comprehensive initial assessment, ongoing adjustments to your program, monthly performance reviews, mobility, posture, and functional strength tests, as well as before/after photos (only with your consent). Each step is designed to maximize your results.

Do you offer personalized programs to follow at home?

Yes. Customized programs can be created for training at home, at a hotel, while traveling, or to supplement your studio sessions.

Is it possible to contact you by phone outside of sessions?

Yes. Premium availability is guaranteed for any questions related to training, nutrition, or recovery.

Will I have sore muscles after the sessions?

You may experience muscle soreness, especially at the beginning or during periods of progression. This is normal and shows that your body is adapting.

How long before the session should I arrive?

It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes before your session to prepare and warm up.

How long will it take to see results?

Most clients see visible results within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on frequency, intensity, and lifestyle. More profound transformations typically appear between 3 and 6 months.

Do you offer personalized meal plans?

Yes. Customized nutrition plans can be developed based on your goals: muscle building, weight loss, toning, energy, or overall health.
