What is the one-hour group coaching session?

Train in pairs or small groups in a private, high-end setting. Each session is designed to combine collective emulation and individualized attention, so that each participant progresses at their own pace while benefiting from the energy of the group.

The session takes place in a private gym in Neuilly-sur-Seine, equipped exclusively with Technogym Artis Luxury and Pent Fitness machines. Unlike traditional group classes, the number of participants is deliberately limited to ensure close supervision and personalized corrections.

Louis adapts each exercise to each individual's level and goals. He monitors heart rates in real time, corrects postures individually, and adjusts the intensity so that each participant is challenged at the right level. No two sessions are alike.

What does each session include?

Each visit includes a structured warm-up, a training program tailored to the group, assisted stretching, a Theragun massage on areas of tension, and access to private changing rooms with showers. A recovery snack is provided after the workout: natural protein bars, fresh fruit, skyr, detox juice, coffee, or tea.
