Do you work in La Défense or live in Courbevoie? My private studio in Neuilly-sur-Seine is no more than 15 to 20 minutes from your office or home. You can work out before your first meeting, during your lunch break, or at the end of the day—7 days a week, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
In a nutshell
- Location: private studio in Neuilly-sur-Seine, a 5-minute walk from the Pont de Neuilly station (Line 1).
- From La Défense or Courbevoie: 15 to 20 minutes at most.
- Hours: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week.
- Languages: French and English.
- To get started: a 60-minute personalized assessment.
Why choose a personal trainer near La Défense instead of a gym in the neighborhood?
- Time. No detours. You arrive, you work out, and you leave. The trip takes no more than 15 to 20 minutes.
- Privacy. Local gyms are often crowded and noisy during peak hours. Here, the studio is reserved entirely for your session: no waiting, no distractions, and no prying eyes.
- The equipment. The equipment is available right away. Every minute of the session counts.
- A Customized Approach. Your program is based on your assessment, not a standard plan.
How can you fit a workout into a typical workday?
There are three time slots that work well: early in the morning, during lunch, or at the end of the day. The studio is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. If your schedule changes frequently, we can adjust it from week to week. Sessions are conducted in French or English.
Coaching Tailored to Executives’ Schedules
Schedules are constantly changing. International travel causes disruptions. Stress takes a toll on sleep, posture, and energy levels. I’ve been coaching executives and senior managers for over ten years in Paris, London, and Singapore, and I take these factors into account:
- flexible hours, both early in the morning and in the evening;
- workouts tailored to your level of fatigue and jet lag;
- a program that keeps you on track even if you miss sessions regularly;
- Bilingual coaching in French and English.
